Plaski transferred to Riverside his sophomore year because he was looking for a more challenging education. He appreciated Riverside’s diversity, range of extra-curriculars and greater opportunities to grow as a person. In his essay, Plaski says that he “was met with many challenges that I feared, but Riverside showed me how to overcome them. I was given the opportunity to connect with staff who gave me the confidence to believe in my capabilities.”
Plaski’s English teacher describes him as dedicated, determined and kind.
