Plans to attend University of Wisconsin – Madison


Jada was highly active in extra-curriculars and sports at another high school. She transferred to Riverside her senior year and according to her essay, feels that being a student at Riverside completely changed the course of her life. Not accepted at her former school, she “was amazed at the atmosphere of Riverside. I felt like I could finally breathe, and I knew Riverside was the right place for me. I was brought into a community where I was accepted and valued. I treasure every day I attended Riverside.” Jada plans to become a civil rights attorney. She is going to study political science and community and environmental sociology which will help her to work for a nonprofit during and/or after law school.
